I charge 50% of your scheduled service fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and 100% service fee for a missed appointment with no notification prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through your personal booking link sent at the time of confirmation. Email and message cancellations via the app are not guaranteed to be acknowledged in a timely manner and you may be charged a no-show fee. Best practice is to manage your appointment through the link yourself. *Not showing up for your appointment without notification will prevent you from rebooking in the future.
